Through all of my years working on dreamwork and sitting with people’s subconscious, one of the most striking and repetitive themes is that of shame. Shame seems to permeate so many different scenarios and situations, and for some, seem to take over our entire lives.
If you struggle with feelings of shame and are looking for ways to move forward and release this emotion that gets in the way of our growth and transformation, check out my video below. I’d love to hear your feedback and learn more about how you approach shame as it arises in your dreams and your life.
Do you ever experience shame in your dreams? How do you work with it? Let me know how you face shame in your dreams and in your life as we face this challenging emotion together.

muchas gracias!
kezia, Your heartful talk was an arrow that went straight in to me. What is my shame covering? My first response was grief at loss of love. But you said grief for letting my shame stop me from living my life. And then I couldn’t breathe. Thank you for your courage to offer this teaching. I will be with this profound feeling for as long as it takes. Blessings of life and love to you.
aw thank you so much. I am so glad it touched you. it is a life long journey, but so heartening to know how many are on the path–I really feel like these times could be the opportunity we all need to break free at a new level. sending you lots of love!
Allowing myself to feel the pain and listening to your words made me cry and I felt the tension in my belly area release. However, I still have the area of my throat that is clenched up. Perhaps there’re other feelings of shame and pain that I haven’t uncovered. Thank you so much for this video.
